To carry out The Great Commission, Turning Point strives to be a Christ-centered organization. Our team is aligned with our disciple-making mission in word and deed. We offer competitive health, dental, vision, and ancillary insurance plans, with a health savings account option for full-time employees. Turning Point pays a generous percentage of the monthly insurance premiums for employees and their eligible dependents.
- Company Sponsored Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability
Turning Point provides a minimum of $50,000 of Life Insurance along with Long-Term Disability Insurance to you at no cost. You can opt to add Voluntary Life Insurance.

Turning Point believes in a work-life balance and offers eleven paid holidays plus your birthday, earned vacation hours, additional personal days, and sick pay.
