Welcome to Making Sense of It All
David Jeremiah’s Online Experience for Seeing the World With a Biblical Perspective
After a year of unprecedented chaos and strife—a pandemic, a fractious political season, racial tension and turmoil, and more—we crave perspective…an answer to our most fundamental questions:
What was that all about? How can I make sense of it all?
I am grateful that we serve a God who knows the future, and has already provided the answers, in His Word!
Over the course of the next three months, Turning Point will be Making Sense of It All with a biblical perspective.
This dynamic outreach campaign will lay a solid foundation under you, so you can face the future with confidence and joy!
Joshua 1:9 gives us our marching orders: “Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” But how can we truly live in the fullness of this promise?
Pop psychology may give advice. Personalities on TV may say what they think it all means, but there is no surer source of wisdom than God’s Word. The world is searching for truth. This is exactly what we will provide, through Turning Point Television, Turning Point Radio, and the Turning Point digital channels—including this Online Experience.
Look at the example of Joseph in the Old Testament. He was bombarded by the unexpected. Bright, talented, the apple of his father’s eye…but sold into slavery by his brothers, then betrayed by his boss’s wife, wrongfully imprisoned, even forgotten by his fellow inmates. It seemed like such a tragic waste of a promising young star.
Yet the day came when he was elevated to a position of power. Soon, his long-lost family showed up, hungry, desperate, and suddenly, he could make sense of it all. He could see God’s purpose through the proper perspective.
Do you want that kind of clarity for your own life? You can have it.
Throughout this teaching series, we will explore the Scriptures together, and you will gain a deeper appreciation for the Bible’s timeless truths in the context of today’s trying circumstances. Against the backdrop of these extraordinary times, this could be one of the greatest sources of encouragement you have ever experienced in the course of your walk with God.
Over these next few months, I hope you will join me regularly to connect with truths from God’s Word that will help us make sense of it all.
God bless you,
David Jeremiah
